A: All items are covered for a 6 month manufacturers warranty against defects. Any item that has been mishandled, dropped, scrapped, normal wear & tear, or used in a unreasonable manner will not be covered under this warranty. All items will be inspected by Regal Canes and we will determine if the item has been broken from a manufacturers defect. If it has been determined that the item has been broken from a manufacturers defect we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Refunds will not be given for broken items.
